Brazil - Cristo Redentor

Yet another jam packed adventure in Brazil! And I though Black Friday was intense. HAH! The crowds were unbelievable (or should I say CROWD. Because we were packed together so tightly we could have been mistaken as one giant human mass).
Just look at all those humans packed onto one teeny platform. I don't think "fire code" means much in these parts.

So, to get to the Christ statue, you have to walk up about half a million steps. Possibly more. But on your way down? Escalators. No really, they had escalators on the way down, but not up! Hahaha. It was only partly funny at the time, but it's much funnier now.
