James August - 11 Months

11 Months! And we're still having a total BLAST.
James is one happy, toothless, baby. He has been playing so well on his own lately. I can be cleaning, cooking, or wood burning and he'll happily cruise around the living room playing with his toys and trying to climb things.
James is baaaaasically running. He'll get super excited about something and squeal and flap his arms around as he's running. He's getting so good at walking on uneven ground. We go outside to play every day and so he's getting lots of practice.
Our absolute favorite thing about James right now is that he collects things! He can pick out similar objects and will collect them in his hands, it's adorable. We'll hand him one stick and a few minutes later he'll have two handfuls of sticks. Same with rocks, specific toys, etc. I DIE.
James is in full butt dance mode. He does the hilarious butt bounce dance move every time a good beat is playing.
He can say "dada" with meaning and will say "mama" but only when he's mad or wants to nurse.
We love our easy-to-please little guy!!
