Coffey Time!

Hooray for some much needed Coffey time! This past weekend McKay's parents flew into town to spend a few days with us. We packed in every fun thing we could. The weekend started with an afternoon at the First United Methodist Church where we enjoyed a concert put on by the Portland Choir and Orchestra and special guest Clay Christiansen. The concert was amazing! McKay is a member of the choir so he was privileged to sing alongside Clay Christiansen on the organ.

The First United Methodist Church has the largest organ in the Pacific Northwest.
The next day, Sunday, we added some more Coffeys to our bunch! Mark and Lisa had come down from Seattle for the choir concert because Lisa was a member a few years ago. So we invited them over for dinner.

Lastly, we took a day trip to Trillium Lake. Which you can read about here. Having McKay's family in town was a great time. We love having both of our parents together :)
