During McKay's Christmas break from school, we headed down to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico for a few days! It's better knows as Rocky Point. We invited my Parents and Nick to come along, and it was so much fun!
The weather was great, and the area is so fun to explore. We ate some delicious food, of course got in some beach combing, rented quads, and strolled the "point" where all the little shops are. We definitely plan on returning in the spring/summer once it's hotter so we can actually swim!
James absolutely loved the mariachi band! He was dancing along and waving non-stop.
The sunset from our hotel was gorgeous!
We found dozens of great shells on this beach! McKay cleaned them out at home like a week later aaaaand there was like a dozen that still had creatures living inside... WHOOPS!
James loved the sand! And he absolutely loved being with my parents. After just a few days, he was already saying "vovó", which is Grandma in Portugese. He sure loves her!
